How to Enable 90 for 9

To enable 90 for 9 for your organization:

  • Contact your assigned Customer Success Manager, or

  • Email us at trip@routespring.com

Once enabled, your travelers will have the option to book with 90 for 9 protection across eligible trips.


Conditions for Cancellation

  1. Timing: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for flights and trains, and before noon on the day of check-in for hotel stays.
  2. Scope: The "90 for 9" service applies to the entire trip. Partial cancellations (e.g., canceling only one segment of a round-trip flight) are not eligible for the refund.

Refund Process

  1. Credit Application: Refunds are provided as credit to the traveler's Routespring account, which can be used for future bookings.
  2. Processing Time: Credits are typically applied within 7 days of the cancellation request.
  3. Non-Refundable Fees: The 9% fee for the "90 for 9" service is non-refundable.

Additional Considerations:

  1. Multiple Travelers: For bookings involving multiple travelers, cancellations can be made for individual travelers, with the "90 for 9" refund applied accordingly.​
