Follow these simple steps to set up your Routespring account and start booking your business travel.
You should have received a welcome email from Routespring with an invitation to join. The email will look something like this:
Within the welcome email, click the link to set up your password. This will direct you to a page where you can enter a new password for your account.
After this, click on Save & Go to Profile to proceed.
Once you've set up your password, you'll be asked to complete your profile with any necessary details. This helps Routespring personalize your travel preferences and streamline the booking process.
After completing your profile:
Bill to Company Option: If your company is paying for your travel, you will see "Bill to company" as an option under payment methods. If you don't see this option, reach out to your company admin to confirm whether you're expected to pay using your personal credit card.
Travel Approval:
Depending on your company's travel policy, some travel bookings may require approval before finalizing the reservation. If this is the case, you'll be notified and your request will be sent for approval.
