If your company has corporate negotiated hotel rates, Routespring makes it easy to make those rates available for your team directly within the platform. Follow the steps below to ensure your rates are loaded correctly and efficiently.
Please connect your assigned Routespring account manager with the sales manager at each hotel property where you have a corporate agreement in place. This introduction allows direct communication and coordination for loading the negotiated rates.
Once introduced, your Routespring account manager will handle the communication with the hotel’s sales manager to initiate the process of uploading your negotiated rates into the system.
After the process begins, hotels typically take up to 2 weeks to load the negotiated rates into Routespring’s platform. This step is managed entirely between your account manager and the hotel.
Once the hotel confirms that the rates have been loaded, Routespring will take an additional 1 week to test and validate the rates to ensure everything is working as expected.
After successful testing, your special corporate rates will be enabled in your Routespring account. You will begin seeing these rates while searching and booking hotels—just like any other available option.
