Why am I not seeing bill to company option for car rentals?

If you are not seeing "bill to company" as an option in the payment method, it means that your company has not configured the car rental direct billing in the Routespring platform. 

Set Up Direct Billing for Rental Cars with RouteSpring

Direct Billing simplifies payment for rental cars by allowing the rental company to directly invoice your company’s account instead of requiring a credit card at pick-up.

How to Enable Direct Billing:

  1. Agreement Setup: Establish a Corporate Rate and Direct Billing agreement with the rental provider, including credit references and payment terms.
  2. Update Car Rental Payment Method: An account admin must update car rental payment settings in the Routespring platform. 
When using Direct Billing, rental fees, insurance, and taxes are billed directly to your company account. Other payment options may still be visible, but only approved suppliers will offer Direct Billing.
