Unlike payments for flights & hotels, car rental agencies either require renters to pay using a physical card or via your company’s direct billing arrangements with the car rental agency. Unfortunately, they don’t accept virtual or direct payments from travel agencies.

You can configure your direct billing on the Routespring platform as below:

1. Log into Routespring with your admin account
   
2. Go to Company Dashboard > Settings > Payment Methods > Vendor Specific
   
3. Click on "Add Car Rental" 
   
4. Select the departments in which you want this car rental contract & direct billing available for users
   
5. Select the car rental company for which you have the corporate discount code and direct billing arrangement
   
6. Add corporate discount code and direct billing number
   
7. Finally, click "Add" and it will save the settings. 
   
8. Once above steps are done, your travelers will see "bill to company" as a payment method whenever they book car rental with rental company with direct billing settings.
