JumpCloud SAML SSO

Routespring helps you securely and effortlessly provision access to Routespring through Zoho Directory integration, and save time onboarding your users. Below are the steps you need to enable this integration:

Prerequisites:

You need to have an Admin account on Routespring to be able to enable JumpCloud SSO.

Configuration Steps:

1. Log into your JumpCloud admin account, go to "Access" > “SSO Applications” and click on "Add New Application"


2. Select "Custom Application"



3. Select "Configure SSO with SAML"


4. Add the Routespring logo and give the Display Name as “Routespring”

5. Save Application and then click on "Configure Application"
6. Under configuration settings, Export Metadata
7. Go to your Routespring account: Company Dashboard > Settings > Integrations > JumpCloud SSO and upload the Metadata file you downloaded in the previous step.
8. Go back to JumpCloud configuration settings and update SP Entity ID and ACS URL by copying it from your Routespring account.
9. Under "Attributes", map the user attributes with Routespring as below. Please note this is case sensitive. 

10. Now save the settings and "Request Activation" from your Routespring account. 
Notes
Note: To enforce SSO-only login, go to Company Dashboard > People > Department Settings and enable “Require all users in this department to log in with SSO” for each applicable department. If you need to add external users, you may leave this setting turned off for their department.
11. Within 24 hours, Routespring support will review and activate your JumpCloud SAML SSO.

Congratulations! The configuration is now complete. You can start assigning people to the Routespring application in JumpCloud SSO Application.
