The Recommended Sorting organizes hotel options into three clear tiers, ensuring a logical and policy-compliant order of results. Here’s how it’s structured:
The top of the list features hotels with corporate rates that are both compliant with your company’s travel policy and cost-effective. These options are sorted by price, with the lowest-priced options displayed first. This prioritization ensures that you can quickly access the best deals that meet your organization's requirements.
After corporate rates, the system displays other hotel options that still fall within your company’s travel policy but are not specifically listed as corporate rates. These options are also sorted from the lowest to highest price, making it easy to compare additional compliant choices.
Finally, the system displays hotels that fall outside your company’s travel policy. While these options might not meet policy requirements, they are available for consideration. Like the other tiers, these options are sorted by price, from low to high.
