Custom fields in Routespring help capture additional booking details required for tracking and compliance. If you need to update custom fields after a booking is completed, follow the steps below.
Prerequisites
- You must be an admin user with the necessary permissions.
- The required custom fields must already be configured in the "Custom Fields" section of Routespring.
Steps to Update Custom Fields After a Booking is Completed
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Section
- Log in to your Routespring account.
- Click on the "Reports" tab in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Find the Relevant Booking Transaction
- In the Transactions tab, locate the booking for which you need to update the custom fields.
- Use the transaction date filter to narrow down your search if needed.
- Click on the reference number of the booking you want to edit.
Step 3: Edit the Custom Fields
- On the booking details page, scroll down to locate the custom fields section.
- Select the appropriate values from the dropdown menus. The changes will be saved automatically.
Confirmation
Once updated, the custom field values will reflect in the Reports section, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
