How to configure notification if the prepayment balance falls below a defined threshold on Routespring platform?

Prerequisites: 

In order configure a email notification for prepayment balance, you need an Admin account access to the Routespring platform. 

Steps to configure: 

  1. Log into your admin account on Routespring
  2. Go to Company Settings > Payment Methods or click here
  3. Scroll down to find the "Notification Settings" next to Prepayment payment method
  4. Click on "Notification Settings", update the balance threshold amount below which you want to be notified and add the email addresses (comma separated) where you want to receive the email notifications as below
