How do I access the receipts for travel booked through Routespring?

Receipts for own travel bookings

  1. Log into your Routespring account
  2. Go to "My Trips" 
    1. If it's for a past date travel, go to "Past and Cancelled Trips"
  3. Find the itinerary for which you need a receipt and click on "View Detail"
  4. Click on "Download Invoice"
    1. In addition to the online portal, Routespring sends confirmation emails after a flight is booked, which includes an invoice in the attachments. Check your inbox for those emails as well.

Receipts for any travel bookings (for admin users only)

  1. Log into your Routespring account
  2. Go to Company Dashboard > Report > Transactions
  3. Search the specific bookings based on the transaction date or travel dates
    1. You can use filters available for each column in the report to find the specific itinerary
  4. Click on "Reference" number associated with the itinerary
  5. Click on "Download Invoice"
