How can I configure duplicate booking email notifications on Routespring platform?
Prerequisites:
In order configure a duplicate booking email notifications, you need an Admin account access to the Routespring platform.
Steps to configure:
- Log into your admin account on Routespring
- Go to Company Settings or click here
- Scroll down to find the input field next to "Send duplicate bookings notification to:"
- Add the email addresses (comma separated) where you want to receive the duplicate booking notifications as below
